Ubiquity Appoints Megan Porter as Executive Vice President for UK and Europe

This appointment underscores Ubiquity”s ongoing investment in Europe, enhancing its onshore and offshore CX offerings with scalable, multilingual solutions for global clients.

The announcement, made on October 21, 2025, highlights Porter”s role in driving regional growth, fostering local partnerships, and representing the expanding footprint of Ubiquity in the UK and key European markets. This comes as the company accelerates its investment in the region, particularly with the opening of a new operations center in Sheffield, UK, aimed at bolstering support for local fintech, healthcare, insurance, and e-commerce programs.

With over 18 years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, and business operations, she possesses extensive expertise in building teams that deliver measurable results for clients in regulated industries. Prior to joining Ubiquity, she held leadership positions at Google, TxVia, Morgan Stanley, and TSYS.
