The National Observatory of Technology and Society reports that a majority of professionals express a strong desire to enhance their digital skills in response to the evolving landscape. “Reflecting on recent years, we observe that the digital world has necessitated constant transformation. However, AI is currently driving a major revolution,” stated Juan Luis Moreno, Partner and Managing Director at The Valley. “Companies face clear challenges, such as a shortage of specialized profiles.
