Nobel Laureates to Speak on Urban Ecosystems at IISc Event

An important event centered on the future of urban ecosystems and advancements in global health is scheduled for November 3 at the JN Tata Auditorium, located within the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru.

The event, titled “The Future We Want,” will feature presentations by distinguished Nobel laureates, including David MacMillan, who won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2021, and James Robinson, awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2024. They will be joined by a roster of esteemed experts, such as Tolullah Oni, Gagandeep Kang, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, and Kush Parmar.

The program will take place from 10:30 AM to 1 PM, offering insights into cutting-edge scientific discoveries and innovations that aim to shape sustainable urban environments and improve global health outcomes.
