Atos Receives EcoVadis Platinum Medal for Sixth Consecutive Year

Atos, a global leader in digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence, has once again been recognized with the coveted EcoVadis Platinum Medal for its performance in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), achieving an improved score of 84 out of 100.

This accolade, announced on October 23, positions Atos among the top 1% of companies rated by EcoVadis in its sector, which includes computer programming, consulting, and related activities. Since its establishment in 2007, EcoVadis has become a global benchmark for assessing corporate sustainability, evaluating over 150,000 companies worldwide.

The EcoVadis assessment framework is divided into four categories: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Atos has demonstrated strong performance across all these areas, particularly noted for significant advancements in Ethics, where EcoVadis highlighted that the company “shows an advanced management system for ethics.”

This ongoing recognition underscores Atos” unwavering commitment to responsible business practices and the strategic integration of sustainability across all its operations. The EcoVadis Platinum Medal, introduced in 2020 as the highest level of recognition, replaced the Gold Medal after Atos had received it for eight consecutive years.

EcoVadis evaluations serve as a key indicator within Atos” Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, complementing other international ratings such as the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).

As Atos prepares for the next phase of sustainability reporting in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), this latest honor reinforces its position as a trusted partner in the digital sector.

“Atos is regularly recognized by our clients and analysts for the excellence of our technologies and services. Being acknowledged by a benchmark like EcoVadis for our values, commitment, and achievements in environmental and social responsibility is a source of pride shared by all our employees. We also thank our clients for their trust and collaboration along this journey,” stated Marie de Scorbiac, Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility at Atos.
