Mounir Nasraoui, the father of young football talent Lamine Yamal from F.C. Barcelona, recently shared his thoughts on Instagram regarding the pressing issue of unemployment in Spain. He emphasized the importance of motivating young individuals to engage in work, stating that many are reluctant to seek employment.
In a live session with more than 1.3 million followers, Nasraoui recounted his own experiences searching for work in the construction sector, noting that while opportunities were scarce in the past, the current situation offers more prospects. He observed, however, that many young people today seem disinterested in working.
Nasraoui proposed a straightforward solution to the challenges facing the labor market in Spain: “What we need to do is encourage them to work, to aspire to something. They will earn in due time; the moment to earn will come, but the risk of losing is always present.”
This call to action highlights the critical need for initiatives aimed at fostering a strong work ethic among the youth, as unemployment remains a significant concern in the country. By promoting a culture of diligence and perseverance, Nasraoui believes that young people can be inspired to take on employment opportunities and contribute positively to society.
