A McDonald”s located in Somerset has been recognized as one of the top establishments of its kind in the country. Recent research that analyzed Google reviews for every McDonald”s in England has identified the most favored locations, based on the proportion of five-star and one-star ratings.
The branch in Wincanton has achieved the impressive status of having the second-highest rating, with over 50% of its reviews being five stars. In contrast, only a small percentage of reviews, under 10%, were rated one star. This restaurant is situated on Lawrence Hill and boasts an overall Google rating of 4.1 stars.
Marc Porcar, CEO of Remove Background, the company that conducted the research, noted, “While the top-rated McDonald”s are generally fairly spread out across England, the south slightly dominates the ranking, and Norwich, Norfolk, is clearly a favorite among McDonald”s fans, with two locations in the top ten.” He emphasized that although all McDonald”s outlets serve the same menu, customer satisfaction can vary significantly based on numerous factors, including cleanliness, service speed, and the friendliness of staff.
Porcar also suggested, “If you are lucky enough to live near any of the top-rated branches, or planning to pass one while traveling, it might be worth stopping by to try one of the nation”s favorite McDonald”s.”
On the other end of the spectrum, the McDonald”s in Chingford, Greater London, has received the lowest ratings, with a significant percentage of its reviews being one star. This location has only about 24% of reviews rated five stars, resulting in a Google rating of 2.8.
