WTA Showcases Global Style and Culture with Iconic Portraits for 2025 Finals

The Women”s Tennis Association (WTA) is celebrating global style and culture by unveiling iconic portraits of players participating in the 2025 WTA Finals in Riyadh. This event, presented by PIF, marks the conclusion of the tennis season and showcases how the sport continues to foster cultural appeal and growth worldwide.

The portraits, released today, feature top female tennis stars dressed in designer outfits, highlighting their individual style. Among those showcased are Coco Gauff, who wore an exclusive design by Miu Miu, and Iga Swiatek, in a custom creation by Lurline, a Saudi brand founded by sisters Sarah and Siham Albinali. Other participants included Aryna Sabalenka, Jasmine Paolini, and Taylor Townsend, each adorned in unique attire from various international designers.

“It was amazing to see everyone dressed in different styles, and it”s always fun to get dressed up,” Gauff remarked, the reigning singles champion of the WTA Finals. “We spend the entire year in sportswear, moving from tournament to tournament. This was a chance to express our personalities and showcase our styles in a different light.”

This year”s portraits were captured by Yumna Al-Arashi, an award-winning Yemeni-Egyptian-American artist, at Bab AlSaad, a cultural center located in the historic district of Diriyah. The creative direction and styling were overseen by SJS Studios from New York. Each portrait features the world”s top eight singles players and doubles teams, all of whom are set to compete for a record prize pool of 15.5 million dollars during the Finals.

The undefeated singles champion will take home an unprecedented 5.235 million dollars, representing the largest prize in the history of women”s sports. The singles champion will also receive the Billie Jean King Trophy, while the winning doubles team will be awarded the Martina Navratilova Trophy. The competition kicks off on November 1 at the King Saud University Sports Arena and will continue through November 8.
