This change marks the culmination of its integration into the international group SMOLLAN, which acquired the company in 2022. The new identity reflects a commitment to innovation and excellence in commercial execution.
The rebranding aims to strengthen SMOLLAN”s position in the market while emphasizing its dedication to sustainable and innovative solutions for clients. “With the adoption of the SMOLLAN name, we consolidate our market positioning and reaffirm our commitment to the growth and development of our teams and clients,” stated Javier Vila, Chief Executive Officer of Externalia.
The transition to the SMOLLAN brand involves a complete overhaul of the corporate identity, including a new logo, updated communication materials, and a refreshed digital presence. Effective immediately, all services and operations previously under Externalia will now operate under the SMOLLAN brand, showcasing a more global and interconnected structure.
