Ingenico, a global leader in payment acceptance solutions, has announced the appointment of Floris de Kort as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2025. This change comes as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and innovation.
Current CEO Laurent Blanchard will step down from his role and from the Supervisory Board to pursue new opportunities. Catherine Guillouard, Chairperson of Ingenico”s Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Blanchard”s significant contributions since he joined the company in 2023. Floris de Kort has a distinguished history in the payments and technology sectors. Previously, he served as CEO of Global eCommerce at Worldpay, where he led a significant transformation that culminated in a successful public offering in 2015. He also held the CEO position at Xplor Technologies, a global leader in integrated software, services, and payments, and most recently served as CEO of Thunes, a fast-growing cross-border payments network.
