Grupo Itevelesa has announced the acquisition of Inspección Técnica de Vehículos Cuenca S.L. (“ITVC”), a company that operates three leading vehicle inspection stations in Cuenca, Spain. This strategic move, announced on October 20, 2025, strengthens Itevelesa”s presence in the region of Castilla-La Mancha and expands its local network to seven fixed stations across two provinces, establishing the company as the second-largest operator in the vehicle inspection sector by market share.
The three ITVC stations, which boast a combined capacity of over 125,000 inspections annually, are located in Villas Viejas, Cuenca, and Graja de Iniesta. These facilities, which began operations in 2022, are strategically positioned near major roads and populated areas, providing high-quality services to both local residents and drivers from neighboring provinces.
Equipped with advanced technology and inspection systems, ITVC has experienced steady growth since its inception, with projections indicating that the number of inspections will exceed 70,000 in 2025. With this acquisition, Grupo Itevelesa increases its workforce in the region to nearly 100 employees, reinforcing its operational capacity and service offerings.
