Neolix Raises Over $600 Million in Record Series D Funding Round

Neolix, a prominent provider of autonomous delivery vehicle solutions, has successfully raised over $600 million in its Series D funding round. This achievement sets a new record for private fundraising within China”s autonomous driving sector, and it ranks among the largest private investments in the country this year.

The funding round was spearheaded by Stone Venture, based in the United Arab Emirates, with participation from other notable investors including Gaocheng Capital, CITIC Capital, CDH, Sparkedge Capital, the Beijing AI Fund, and one of China”s largest internet platforms. Key additional investors comprised Legend Capital, Gaorong Ventures, Templewater, and SAIC.

Proceeds from this funding will be utilized to enhance Neolix”s proprietary autonomous driving algorithms, expedite product development for new commercial use cases, improve service networks and user experience, and support global expansion plans.

Enyuan Yu, Neolix has quickly established itself as a global leader in autonomous delivery vehicles since its inception in 2018. The company has delivered over 10,000 L4 RoboVans, more than any other competitor worldwide, and has recently achieved a record of 2,000 vehicle deliveries within a single month.

Neolix”s vehicles are now operational in over 300 cities across China, with more than 1,200 units deployed in Qingdao alone. Their popular models, the X3 and X6, have each surpassed 4,000 deliveries, reflecting strong market demand.

On the technological front, Neolix has made significant advancements, such as the introduction of its “Neolix-VA” AI model for seamless navigation in complex traffic, a map-free driving system for flexible urban logistics, and an intelligent dispatch platform that optimizes vehicle, road, and order coordination. These innovations have enabled Neolix”s fleet to exceed 50 million kilometers of autonomous driving.

Since obtaining the first autonomous delivery license in China in 2021, Neolix has seen exponential growth, now holding over 60% market share in cumulative deliveries and serving more than 300,000 clients. The company leads the express delivery sector and is expanding into fresh food services, cold chain logistics, and instant delivery.

Internationally, Neolix is broadening its reach after securing the first RoboVan license in the UAE in collaboration with a technology firm based in Abu Dhabi, marking its global expansion beyond China.
